Daniel Agyei, Kocaelispor’s right winger, has reached an agreement with the club’s bosses to extend his contract by three additional seasons. His annual salary is set to rise to €1 million.
Three more seasons: that is the length of the extension Daniel Agyei and the Kocaelispor hierarchy have agreed on. The player, aged 28, plays as a right winger and was trained in England.
His current deal was due to end in June 2027, according to AfricaFoot, which reports the information. The agreed extension would therefore push his horizon three seasons beyond that date.
On the pitch, Daniel Ebenezer Agyei has scored 1 goal in 7 Süper Lig matches this season. Transfermarkt values him at €1.2 million.
An annual salary raised to €1 million
The financial side of the deal provides for an annual salary of €1 million for the winger. He was previously earning €730,008 a year, a raise of more than €269,000.
Kocaelispor, coached by Selçuk Inan, will face Göztepe on matchday 8 of the Süper Lig. Daniel Agyei’s current contract runs until June 2027.
